Biographical Information about Carlos Gomez: Carlos Gomez was born and raised in the culturally rich and busy metropolis of Guadalajara, Mexico. His passion for painting began at an early age, and consequently he excelled in art all throughout school. Carlos was brought up in a strict Catholic family in a big city, which eventually spurned a strong desire to explore and experience the rest of the world. At the tender age of seventeen he left home to take residence and work in Philadelphia. Eventually his wanderlust grew stronger and led him to Madrid, Spain for a year, where he attended and excelled in art classes. Painting and bestowing his artwork upon his friends was a joy.
Carlos’ work reflects the happiness he felt for being in wide open spaces surrounded by nature while vacationing with his family during their frequent trips to the sea.
