operated by Eileen Ruggeri Swanson. Ms. Swanson has been active in the art
business since 1980 including retail, wholesale, publishing, shows and
auctions.

As well as being a connoisseur of the arts, Ms. Swanson also
acts as a professional appraiser registered with the prestigious American

paintings with a strong focus on Early California Art.
